About Us

Jake Sparkes

With a decade of management experience and a software sales background, Jake is a fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), holds a training qualification with the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD), and is an (ISC)² member.

Before founding Greenridge, Jake built the cybersecurity division for a start-up international tech recruitment firm, billing seven figures in revenue, it became their most profitable business unit.

When he’s not hands-on recruiting – Jake’s a frequent podcaster who enjoys chatting with senior cyber business leaders on varied topics.

Outside of work he’s got his hands full with family, including two wonderful children who are growing up fast!
